Josh Yoder grew up in Perry, working alongside his father in the family construction business. Coming from an Amish family background, Josh was raised with a strong respect for hard work, craftsmanship, humility, honesty, and keeping your word—values that continue to shape the way he approaches his work today.
 
Josh has gained firsthand experience across nearly every side of the roofing industry. His career has included working as a canvasser, job manager, and inspector, giving him a well-rounded understanding of everything from proper roof installation to homeowners’ concerns and the insurance process.
 
That experience has helped Josh develop a unique perspective when working with homeowners. He knows how to look at a roof from every angle, but just as importantly, he knows how to explain the process clearly and help homeowners feel confident in their decisions. During his first six weeks in sales, Josh helped 16 roofs get approved through insurance, quickly demonstrating his knowledge of the industry and commitment to his customers.
 
Josh believes every homeowner should be treated as an equal. His approach is genuine, honest, and straightforward, with an emphasis on clear communication and practical expertise. Whether he’s inspecting a roof, explaining the scope of work, or helping a homeowner navigate the insurance process, Josh believes trust is earned by doing what you say you will do and treating people right.
 
When he’s not helping homeowners protect their homes, Josh enjoys spending time with his cat, Strudel, who he proudly considers part of the family.
