As an Operations Specialist, I oversee a wide range of responsibilities to support the successful completion of residential and commercial projects. I coordinate and schedule interior and exterior repairs, manage construction teams, and conduct quality-control reviews before and after each project to ensure work meets company standards.

I also support our sales team by assisting with bids and proposals for roofing and gutter projects when needed. With eight years of experience, I have developed a broad understanding of our operations and have contributed to nearly every department within the company. This experience allows me to step in where needed, provide support across teams, and help train new employees.

In addition to my operational responsibilities, I focus on building strong client relationships and developing professional connections that generate new roofing opportunities. I assist with problem-solving, client communication, and coordinating solutions to help ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.
